Although the chaplain Word does not appear in the Bible, the responsibilities do appear in the scriptures.
A chaplain's most important job is to provide religious services, spiritual guidance, and counseling to those in need. For example, a chaplain who works in a hospital or hospice facility provides counseling and spiritual guidance for patients, their families, and even the hospital staff.

This organization opens its doors for the benefit of those ministries wishing to broaden their knowledge and their horizons. Federal Police Chaplains International, Inc. offer service of quality to the needy. The following can be part of our Organization: shepherds, workmen, evangelists, missionaries, music ministries and every layman who want to work for the Lord.
This institution founded by its Chairman Dr. William Pagan, with its main offices in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, has extended his favor and service for the Christian union of the body of Christ to enter into agreement with Revelation 3: 20 Missionary Ministry and Biblical Teachings, Inc. Revelation 3: 20 MMBT vision is based on the biblical teaching to prepare men and women based on the word of God in order to establish and realize their call within the body of Christ. Revelation 3: 20 MMBT was founded and is pastored by Dr. Narciso H. Montas who, in turn, is the Director of the seminar of "Federal Police Chaplains International, Inc." in Miami, Florida. This institution is not a Council, does not belong to any Council in particular, is a non-profit institution, and is at the service of the Lord Jesus Christ and the Christian people.
