DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE
OF THE CERTIFICATE
This certificate is aimed at those who feel a divine call to serve as chaplains in different areas of society. Its purpose is to train leaders capable of providing spiritual, emotional and moral support to people who are going through difficult or crisis situations. The program offers a comprehensive vision of chaplaincy, its historical, theological and ethical foundations, as well as its areas of application: military, prison, hospital, educational and family.

CRITERIA
The academic period lasts 4 quarters. Academic credits (credit units, CU) are defined as follows: One academic credit represents 48 hours of study comprising 12 hours face to face /online instruction with a professor and 36 hours of self study to include homework and or research.

FOR GRADUATION
Only students who have met all the requirements of the program are entitled to participate in the graduation ceremony.

The student must pay in advance the corresponding cost of graduation. The cost is non-refundable. This fee includes: the ceremony venue, diploma, cap and gown.

Hybrid - Virtual and face to face as per curriculum.
